I know with the world's economy in the gutter that people will turn to all sorts of things including stealing. Apparently, the economy has effected animals as well. In Nigeria, a goat was arrested for attempted car jacking. According to the people that chased the offender and caught him, he was originally a man but used some sort of magical spell to transform himself into a goat in order to avoid capture. I know it sounds unbelieveable but read it for yourself.
