Vacation Countdown
I need a vacation. It's just that simple and I've got one lined up. My wife and I are going to Miami for a weekend and then on a cruise to the Bahamas. The last real vacation that my wife and I had was our honeymoon in Mexico. I throughly enjoyed Mexico, hanging out on the beach, and doing nothing but I had really wanted to go to the Bahamas. Since our wedding was in July, the Carribean was out of the question since it was hurricane season. Mexico was nice and much cheaper so we went there instead.
I expect to do quite a bit of travelling in the next year or so.
September: L.A. for a friends wedding
October: L.A. again for another friends wedding
November: Miami/Cruise to Bahamas
December/January: North Carolina to visit family for Christmas/New Years
Late Spring/Early Summer: Europe!
Fall: Egypt with a possible stop in Europe again
It starts off small with weekend trips to L.A. but then it gets much bigger. I've never been a big traveler but that is about to change real soon.
