I burned my face

Yesterday was a really hot day and I had left my car parked in the sun all day at work. My car is black with a black interior and it gets really hot in there. I hopped in after work, fired up the engine and started to head out of the parking lot. I left my sunglasses in the center console. As I was about to leave the parking lot I grabbed my sunglasses to put them on. There are five contact points for the sunglasses on my face. One over each ear, the 2 pads that rest on the nose and the center metal part that runs over the bridge of the nose. The parts that go over the ears are rubberized as well as the pads on the nose. No problem with any of those. But once I pushed the sunglasses up my face and the metal part touched the bridge of my nose, I screamed and quickly pulled them off my face and threw them onto the passenger seat. Now I know how a cow feels when it gets branded with a hot iron. I have a little bit of a mark on my nose between my eyebrows but if I didn't point it out, you would probably never notice it. I'll consider this a lesson learned.
